About Us
Our Story
CED&P grew out of an effort to provide students with career guidance and mentorship. We observed that many public school students lacked the tools to be successful as they prepared to enter into the workforce after secondary education and post-secondary education. To drive the most significant impact and improve educational outcomes, we focus on supporting the career education process as early as possible in students' academic careers. A strong foundation will empower students to be better equipped to identify careers of genuine interest and obtain the relevant skillsets to develop confidence to pursue their dream careers.
We believe that by partnering with educators to start the process of career planning and development early in students' careers will reduce future career obstacles as the students will have the tools for success before they have to enter into the workforce. In 2024, CED&P began offering program activities that enhance students' concepts retention and provide opportunities for application through educational experiences such as competitions.
