An Advisor's Role
Many of a CED&P faculty advisor's responsibilities serve to support the work you are already doing as a teacher in the classroom. As a faculty advisor, you will use CED&P's program to help you as a teacher both in and outside of the classroom.
Role And Responsibilities

Enrich Your Teaching
As a CED&P faculty advisor, one of your primary objectives is to consider how to integrate CED&P into your teaching and bring us into your classroom. You have to develop a personal approach that encompasses the purpose CED&P serves at your school, your goals as a teacher, and the delegated responsibilities of your students. You also have to consider the ways you will incorporate aspects of our program into your implementation while aligning with your school's philosophy and culture as well as local or state initiatives.

Support Your Work In The Classroom
